Provider identification under Directive 2000/31/EC and the Hungarian E-Commerce Act (2001. évi CVIII. törvény).

01

Service provider

Layz is operated by a private individual, not a registered business. It offers no goods or services for sale, carries no advertising, and takes no payment; support given through Ko-fi is a voluntary gift, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

No postal address is published. Enquiries of any kind, including formal or legal correspondence, should be sent to the email address above and will be answered from there; a postal address will be provided on legitimate request.

Content and design

The design, code, written copy, categorisations and curated pairings on this site were produced by blckt.™ and are protected by copyright.

The typefaces presented are not the property of this site. They belong to their respective designers and foundries and are distributed through Google Fonts under their own licences, mostly the SIL Open Font License 1.1. See the Terms & Conditions for what that means for your own use.

04

Trade marks

Google and Google Fonts are trade marks of Google LLC. Ko-fi is a trade mark of Ko-fi Labs Ltd. Typeface names are the trade marks of their respective owners. Their use here is nominative — to identify the thing being described — and implies no affiliation with or endorsement by those parties.

05

External links

This site links to third-party services. Responsibility for their content rests with their operators. Links were checked when added; we cannot monitor them continuously and will remove any that become problematic once we are made aware.

06

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Note for the site owner: the Hungarian E-Commerce Act (2001. évi CVIII. tv. §4) lists a postal address among the data a service provider must disclose. That duty attaches to services normally provided for remuneration; Layz is free, carries no advertising and sells nothing, so the argument for omitting the address is reasonable but not risk-free. If the site ever takes advertising, sponsorship, paid features or anything else commercial, the address becomes required and must be added here.

This is a template, not legal advice.
